You will only see this if you are logged in with a Google account. Searchers can promote or demote a site for a particular search and can comment.
It caused a minor furore due to speculation that many people would comment negatively and promote sites. In the first month, usage has been limited.

Google Analytics updates
- Google analytics enhancement includes segmentation. You can now easily isolate a particular traffic source such as paid search to better understand visitor interactions with the site. YouTube has been refining it's video options. I'm seeing more use of Video Ads and InVideo and AdSense ads on You Tube.
