How different functionality and value varies between the different Marketing Automation platforms
Marketing Automation is a key trend for 2016. In fact it is currently top in our survey of what marketers think will be the most important marketing trend in 2016. An impressive 92% of marketers who are using marketing automation feel that it is at the very least somewhat effective, and over 1 billion was spent on B2B marketing automation systems last year, which was a massive 50% increase on 2013.
Email marketing automation is the most used type of marketing automation, with 95% of those using marketing automation engaged in some form of email marketing automation. This is in part because email's sent by trigger events have far higher open and click rates than generic broadcast emails and newsletters.
